Wieder einmal verhindert die Berliner Polizei eine Demonstration, die ein Ende des Krieges und des Völkermords in Palästina und im Libanon fordert, und wandelt sie in eine Kundgebung um.

Es finden wieder Demonstrationsverbote in Berlin statt!
Am 26. Oktober 2024 sollte am Innsbruckerplatz in Berlin um 16 Uhr eine Pro-Palästin, Demonstration stattfinden.
Nun wurde der Anmelder seitens der Polizei kontaktiert und mitgeteilt, dass die Polizei eine Einschränkung erlassen habe gegen die Demonstration.
Die Demonstration dürfe nicht stattfinden als Lauf-Demonstration sondern dürfe nur als Kundgebung stattfinden.
Der Grund sei: aufgrund der „Gewalt“ bei Pro-Palästina Demonstrationen wurde diese Einschränkung erlassen.
Dies ist eine klare inschränkung der Demonstrations- und Meinungsfreihe: derjenigen, die gegen Genozid in Gaza und für ein freies Palästina ihre Stimme erheben.
Die Organisierenden der Demo haben eine neue Kundgebung Samstag am Wittenbergplatz angemeldet. Kommt zahlreich, um zu zeigen, dass wir die Repressionen und die Kriminalisierung nicht hinnehmen!

Once again, the Berlin police prevent a demonstration calling for an end to the war and genocide in Palestine and Lebanon and turn it into a rally.
Statement on demonstration ban against pro-Palestine demonstration on Saturday, 26 October
Demonstrations are being banned again in Berlin!
On 26 October 2024, a pro-Palestine demonstration was to take place at Innsbruckerplatz in Berlin at 4 pm.
The organisers have now been contacted by the police and informed that the police have issued a restriction against the demonstration.
The demonstration would not be allowed to take place as a walking demonstration but only as a rally.
The reason was that this restriction had been imposed due to the ‘violence’ at pro-Palestine demonstrations.
This is a clear restriction on the freedom of demonstration and opinion of those who raise their voices against genocide in Gaza and in favour of a free Palestine.
The organisers of the demonstration have registered a new rally on Saturday at Wittenbergplatz. Come in large numbers to show that we will not accept the repression and criminalisation!
