Am 9.8. haben wir wie jeden Freitag ab 16 Uhr unser offenes Café, wo ihr bei einem Getränk das Stadtteilkomitee Wedding kennenlernt könnt.
Ab 19 Uhr zeigen wir dann „A Fidai Film“.
Der Film geht um das Archiv des palästinensischen Forschungszentrums in Beirut, was 1982 vom IDF beschlagnahmt wurde und sich immer noch unter Kontrolle des israelischen Verteidiungsministeriums befindet.
Kamal Aljafari hat Zugang zu dem Filmmaterial bekommen und macht mit seinem Film die Spuren der geplünderten Geschichte Palästinas sichtbar.
Nach dem Film diskutieren wir mit der Produzentin, Flavia Mazzarino.

On 9 August, as every Friday from 4 pm, we will have our open café where you can get to know the Stadtteilkomitee Wedding over a drink.
From 7 pm we will then show „A Fidai Film“.
The film is about the archive of the Palestinian Research Centre in Beirut, which was confiscated by the IDF in 1982 and is still under the control of the Israeli Ministry of Defence.
Kamal Aljafari has gained access to the film material and makes the traces of Palestine’s looted history visible with his film.
After the film we will discuss with the producer, Flavia Mazzarino.
