Anfang Dezember soll im EU-Parlament über eine Verschärfung des Gemeinsamen Europäischen Asylsystems (GEAS) diskutiert werden.
Das Parlament wird dabei über ein ganzes Bündel an Verordnungen abstimmen, welche das europäische Asylsystem grundlegend verschärfen sollen. In der Folge wird es zu systematischen Menschenrechtsverletzungen kommen. Die faktische Abschaffung des Grundrechts auf Asyl droht.
Wir fordern das EU-Parlament dazu auf, diesen historischen
Einschnitten nicht zuzustimmen, sondern sich für die Einhaltung der Menschenrechte aller einzusetzen.
Das individuelle Asylrecht muss das Fundament unseres Schutzsystems
bleiben!
Wir fordern die Bundesregierung dazu auf, ihren Wahlversprechen nachzukommen und sich für eine menschenrechtsbasierte Migrationspolitik einzusetzen.
Kommt mit uns auf die Straße, um ein starkes Zeichen für ein offenes und solidarisches Europa zu setzen!

Take to the streets against the European eradication of the right to asylum!
At the beginning of December, the EU Parliament will discuss another aggravation of the Common European Asylum System (GEAS).
The parliament will vote on a bundle of different regulations, which will fundamentally tighten the European asylum system. As a result, there will be systematic human rights violations. The fundamental right to asylum is at stake.
We call upon the EU Parliament not to agree to these historic cuts, but to stand up for the respect of human rights for all.
The individual right to asylum must remain the foundation of our protection system!
We call upon the German government to live up to its election promises and stand up for a human rights-based migration policy.
We invite the civil society to take to the streets with us, to protest together against these historic aggravations of the asylum law and to set a sign for an open and solidary Europe!
