Einladung zum Palästina-Café gegen Krieg & Aufrüstung:
Der Krieg beginnt in unserer Nachbarschaft
Die Bundeswehr soll einsatzbereit gemacht werden. Dafür werden Milliarden an Schulden für die Rüstungsproduktion aufgenommen. Die Politik der Regierung wird immer deutlicher auf Krieg ausgerichtet.
Jetzt beginnt die Aufrüstung in unserer Nachbarschaft. Die Firma Pierburg (im Gesundbrunnen) gehört zum Rheimetall-Konzern und soll jetzt ihre Produktion auf Munition und Waffenteile umstellen. Diese Waffen sollen dann ins Ausland verkauft werden und dort in Kriegen eingesetzt werden. Rheinmetall liefert an Länder wie Ukraine, Saudi-Arabien, Russland, Türkei und Israel. Krieg und Mord sollen in Kürze vor unserer Tür beginnen.
Die Aufrüstung bezahlen wir
Dass mit Pierburg die Waffenproduktion in den Wedding kommt, liegt an der Kriegstreiberei der Regierung. Sondervermögen, Erhöhung des Verteidigungshaushaltes und das Aussetzen der Schuldenbremse für Aufrüstung kurbeln die Waffenproduktion an.
Gleichzeitig fehlt es überall an Geld für Bildung, Soziales, Kultur und Gesundheit. Es wird gekürzt und kaputtgespart. Krieg und Krise werden auf unserem Rücken ausgetragen. Doch darauf haben wir keinen Bock. Wir wollen nicht für die Profite der Reichen mit Tod und Elend zahlen und uns nicht in ihre Kriege verheizen lassen.

Du willst mehr über Aufrüstung erfahren und gegen Krieg aktiv werden? Dann komm am 18. Mai zum Palästina-Cafe im Interbüro (Genter Str. 60). Wir stellen dort unsere Arbeit gegen Aufrüstung und Militarisierung vor. Lern uns dort kennen und werde mit uns aktiv!
Gemeinsam mit der SDAJ Berlin und dem Stadtteilkomitee Wedding verschaffen wir uns einen Überblick, wie wir gegen Krieg und Aufrüstung, für Frieden, aktiv werden können.

Invitation to the Palestine Café against war & armament:
The war starts in our neighbourhood
The Bundeswehr is to be made operational. To this end, billions are being borrowed for armaments production. The government’s policy is becoming ever more clearly orientated towards war.
Now the armament is starting in our neighbourhood. The Pierburg company (in Gesundbrunnen) belongs to the Rheimetall group and is now to switch its production to ammunition and weapon parts. These weapons are then to be sold abroad and used in wars. Rheinmetall supplies countries such as Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Turkey and Israel. War and murder are about to begin on our doorstep.
We are paying for the armament
The fact that Pierburg is bringing arms production to Wedding is due to the government’s warmongering. Special funds, an increase in the defence budget and the suspension of the debt brake for armaments are boosting arms production.
At the same time, there is a lack of money for education, social welfare, culture and health everywhere. Cuts are being made and money is being saved. War and crisis are being carried out on our backs. But we don’t want that. We don’t want to pay for the profits of the rich with death and misery and we don’t want to be burnt out in their wars.
