Regelmäßige Kundgebung zum Parlamentarischen Untersuchungsausschuss zum Neukölln-Komplex ( (41. Sitzung)
Betroffene des Neukölln-Komplexes, einer jahrlangen Neonaziterrorserie in Neukölln, die Berliner VVN-BdA, die Initiative für die Aufklärung des Mordes an Burak Bektaş und weiter solidarische Initiativen organisieren regelmäßig am Tag der Sitzungen des Parlamentarischen Untersuchungsausschuss zum Neukölln-Komplex kleine Kundgebungen vor dem Berliner Abgeordnetenhaus.
Mit unseren Kundgebungen möchten wir die Abgeordneten im PUA-Neukölln II ermuntern etwas weniger gemächlich zu ermitteln und den Ermittlungsbehörden und den Täter*innen etwas energischer auf die Pelle zu rücken – nicht mehr und nicht weniger.
Dafür ist es auch wichtig die Ausschusssitzungen zu besuchen.
An kommenden Freitag geht es um die Anhörung von Margarete Koppers, Generalstaatsanwältin in Berlin. Zuvor war sie von 2010 bis 2018 Polizeivizepräsidentin in Berlin und währenddessen von 2011 bis 2012 kommissarische Leiterin der Berliner Polizei, Thomas Jaschke, Staatsanwalt Potsdam, Maja Smoltczyk, ehemals Berliner Datenschutzbeauftragte und Jana Schönefeld, Mitarbeiterin Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
Koppers war zum Untersuchungszeitraum des Neukölln-Komplexes, der jahrlangen Neonaziterrorserie, als oberste Polizistin uns spätere Oberstaatsanwältin mitverantwortlich für die eklatanten Ermittlungsfehler. Smoltczyk und Schönefeld hatten unautorisierte Datenabfragen über Betroffene der Terrorserie bei der Polizei kritisiert – die Polizei gab damals keine klaren Antworten.

Regular rally on the Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry into the Neukölln Complex ( (41st session)
Those affected by the Neukölln Complex, a series of neo-Nazi terror attacks in Neukölln that lasted for years, the Berlin VVN-BdA, the Initiative for the Investigation of the Murder of Burak Bektaş and other solidarity initiatives regularly organize small rallies in front of the Berlin House of Representatives on the day of the sessions of the Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry into the Neukölln Complex.
With our rallies, we want to encourage the members of parliament in the PUA-Neukölln II to investigate a little less leisurely and to push the investigating authorities and the perpetrators a little more energetically – no more and no less.
To this end, it is also important to attend the committee meetings.
Next Friday, Margarete Koppers, Attorney General in Berlin, will be heard. She was previously Vice-President of the Police in Berlin from 2010 to 2018, during which time she was acting head of the Berlin Police from 2011 to 2012, Thomas Jaschke, Public Prosecutor in Potsdam, Maja Smoltczyk, former Berlin Data Protection Commissioner and Jana Schönefeld, Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
Koppers was jointly responsible for the blatant investigative errors during the investigation period of the Neukölln complex, the years-long neo-Nazi terror series, as the top police officer and later senior public prosecutor. Smoltczyk and Schönefeld had criticized unauthorized data queries to the police about those affected by the terror series – the police gave no clear answers at the time.
