Kundgebung zur letzten öffentlichen Sitzung des PUA „Neukölln-Komplex“
Der Neukölln-Komplex: Was ist rausgekommen beim parlamentarischen Untersuchungsausschuss? Was fordern wir?
Der parlamentarische Untersuchungsausschuss zum Neukölln-Komplex hat für den 4.7. die letzten Zeugen geladen: die ehemaligen Senatoren Geisel (Innen) und Behrendt (Justiz) und den ehemaligen Staatssekretär Akman (Innen).
Danach wird der Ausschuss unter Ausschluss der Öffentlichkeit über den Abschlussbericht beraten.
Bei der Kundgebung werden Initiativen, die die 49 Sitzungen des Ausschusses beobachtet haben, ihre Einschätzungen und Forderungen vorstellen.
Für den Abschlussbericht fordern wir:
– dass er bis Ende 2025 öffentlich vorliegt, damit eine gesellschaftliche und parlamentarische Debatte vor den Neuwahlen im September 2026 möglich ist
– die Auswertung aller Akten, die der Ausschuss erhalten hat
– die Benennung aller Aktenbestände, die die Behörden nicht zur Verfügung gestellt haben
– die Benennung von Zeug*innen, die nicht verhört werden konnten
– politische Konsequenzen zur Bekämpfung von rechtem Terror und Kontrolle der Sicherheitsbehörden vorzuschlagen
– Vorschläge zur Verbesserungen für Untersuchungsausschüsse
Außerdem fordern wir die sofortige Veröffentlichung der Wortprotokolle, damit zivilgesellschaftliche Initiativen und kritische Wissenschaft sie analysieren und alle Interessierten sich ihr eigenes Bild machen können.
Kommt alle zur Kundgebung:
Für eine öffentliche und demokratische Kontrolle der Sicherheitsapparates.
Für eine tatsächliche Bekämpfung von Rassismus und Faschismus.
Für eine offene Gesellschaft.

Rally for the final public session of the PUA ‘Neukölln Complex’
The Neukölln Complex: What did the parliamentary investigation committee find? What are we demanding?
The parliamentary inquiry committee on the Neukölln Complex has summoned the last witnesses for 4 July: former senators Geisel (Interior) and Behrendt (Justice) and former State Secretary Akman (Interior).
After that, the committee will discuss the final report behind closed doors.
At the rally, initiatives that have observed the committee’s 49 sessions will present their assessments and demands.
For the final report, we demand:
– that it be made public by the end of 2025 so that a social and parliamentary debate is possible before the new elections in September 2026
– the evaluation of all files received by the committee
– the naming of all files that the authorities have not made available
– the naming of witnesses who could not be questioned
– political consequences to combat right-wing terrorism and control the security authorities
– proposals for improvements to investigative committees
We also demand the immediate publication of the verbatim transcripts so that civil society initiatives and critical academics can analyse them and all interested parties can form their own opinion.
