DJ WORKSHOP „The only good system is a soundsystem“
Workshop am Samstag und Sonntag, 18. und 19. Juli 2026, jeweils von 13-18 Uhr für BIPoC FLINTA*.
In den Ferien kann es losgehen mit der Zukunftsplanung!
Wer sich vorstellen kann, zukünftig als DJ unterwegs zu sein, ob nebenbei oder sogar hauptberuflich, braucht das nötige Wissen dafür.
Was oft so einfach aussieht, ist gleichzeitig eine Wissenschaft für sich und auch eine Kunst!
Wie machst Du Übergänge, wie wählst Du Musik so aus, dass sie die Menschen abholt, begeistert und zum Tanzen bringt, oder auch zu besonderen Anlässen und Stimmungen passt? Wie musst Du verkabeln, damit hinten Sound herauskommt? Welche technischen Grundkenntnisse brauchst Du?
DJ Souljah Sista Tausi ist seit Jahrzehnten Teil der Berliner DJ-Szene.
Sie legt in Bars, Clubs, bei Konzerten und Demonstrationen auf und zu ihrem Repertoire gehören Reggae, Dancehall, HipHop, R’n’B etc.
Sie leitet den Workshop am Sa, So, 18.+19. Juli 2026, jeweils von 13-18 Uhr, für BIPoC FLINTA*
Die maximale Zahl der Teilnehmenden beträgt 6 Personen.
Das Mindestalter ist 14 Jahre.
Der Workshop findet an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen als eine gemeinsame Einheit statt und kostet insgesamt 20 € für beide Tage.

DJ WORKSHOP “The only good system is a soundsystem”
Workshop on Saturday and Sunday, 18 and 19 July 2026, from 1 pm to 6 pm each day, for BIPoC FLINTA*.
The summer holidays are the perfect time to start planning for the future!
Anyone who can imagine becoming a DJ in the future – whether as a side job or even full-time – needs the necessary knowledge to do so.
What often looks so simple is both a science in its own right and an art form!
How do you create transitions? How do you select music that engages people, gets them excited and makes them dance, or suits specific occasions and moods? How do you set up the cables so that sound comes out of the speakers? What basic technical knowledge do you need?
DJ Souljah Sista Tausi has been part of the Berlin DJ scene for decades.
She DJs in bars, clubs, at concerts and demonstrations, and her repertoire includes reggae, dancehall, hip hop, R&B and more.
She will be leading the workshop on Sat and Sun, 18 and 19 July 2026, from 1 pm to 6 pm each day, for BIPoC FLINTA*
The maximum number of participants is 6.
The minimum age is 14.
The workshop takes place over two consecutive days as a single session and costs a total of €20 for both days.
