Monat für Monat findet das Bechern statt Baggern in den Räumen des Café Cralle statt. Doch wer und was steckt eigentlich hinter dem Slogan „Liebe Schnaps und Revolution“? Wie sieht Revolution machen im Kollektivbetrieb aus und was muss dafür alles hinterm Tresen passieren?

Dafür steht das 1977 gegründete Café Cralle!
Das queerfeministische Kollektiv arbeitet möglichst hierarchiefrei, gleichberechtigt und nicht an Gewinnmaximierung orientiert.
Das Cralle zeigt, dass Lohnarbeit auch anders geht als in der sonst so sexistischen und rassistischen Gastro-Branche.
Und dennoch struggelt es manchmal mit den kapitalistischen Verhältnissen und Zwängen. Wie sieht der Kneipen Alltag hinter dem Tresen aus und wie wird sich hier als Kollektivbetrieb organisiert?

That’s what Café Cralle, founded in 1977, stands for!
The queer-feminist collective works as free of hierarchy as possible, with equal rights and not oriented towards maximising profits.
Cralle shows that wage labour can be done differently than in the otherwise sexist and racist catering industry.
And yet it sometimes struggles with capitalist conditions and constraints. What does everyday life behind the bar look like in a pub and how is it organised as a collective?
