Stoppt die Repression gegen Palästinasolidarität!
Am 27.04.2026 um 8.30 versammeln wir uns vor dem Verwaltungsgericht, um unsere Solidarität mit der Jüdischen Stimme zu zeigen und gemeinsam gegen die zunehmende Repression gegenüber palästina-solidarischem Aktivismus zu protestieren.
Dass eine jüdische Organisation, die sich für Gerechtigkeit in Palästina einsetzt, vor Gericht steht, ist ein politischer Skandal.

Es zeigt deutlich, dass es staatlichen Institutionen bei ihrem vermeintlichen Kampf gegen Antisemitismus in Wahrheit um eine Delegitimierung und Einschüchterung kritischer Stimmen geht.
Was wir derzeit erleben, ist kein Einzelfall, sondern Teil einer breiteren Entwicklung: Kritische Positionen werden systematisch unter Druck gesetzt, Versammlungen eingeschränkt, Räume geschlossen und Engagement kriminalisiert.
Unter dem Vorwand der Sicherheit wird politischer Protest zunehmend reguliert und sanktioniert.
Der Verfassungsschutz tritt dabei nicht als neutraler Beobachter auf, sondern als politischer Akteur, der aktiv in gesellschaftliche Debatten eingreift und Grundrechte wie Meinungs- und Versammlungsfreiheit infrage stellt.
Diese Form staatlicher Willkür trifft nicht nur einzelne Gruppen, sondern stellt eine Gefahr für die gesamte Öffentlichkeit dar.
Wir stellen uns entschieden gegen diese Kriminalisierung und diese Verschiebung politischer Grenzen.
Unsere Solidarität gilt der Jüdischen Stimme und allen, die von Repression betroffen sind.
Es braucht jetzt eine klare, gemeinsame Antwort auf Einschüchterung und autoritäre Tendenzen.
Kommt zahlreich vor das Gericht und setzt mit uns ein sichtbares Zeichen gegen Repression und staatliche Willkür.

Solidarity with the Jewish Voice!
Stop the repression against Palestine solidarity!
On 27 April 2026 at 8.30 am, we will gather outside the Administrative Court to show our solidarity with the Jewish Voice and to protest together against the increasing repression of Palestine solidarity activism.
The fact that a Jewish organisation campaigning for justice in Palestine is being taken to court is a political scandal.

It clearly shows that state institutions, in their supposed fight against antisemitism, are in reality seeking to delegitimise and intimidate critical voices.
What we are currently witnessing is not an isolated case, but part of a broader trend: critical voices are being systematically pressured, gatherings restricted, spaces closed down and activism criminalised.
Under the pretext of security, political protest is increasingly being regulated and sanctioned.
The Office for the Protection of the Constitution is not acting as a neutral observer, but as a political actor that actively intervenes in social debates and calls into question fundamental rights such as freedom of expression and assembly.
This form of state arbitrariness affects not only individual groups, but poses a threat to the public as a whole.
We stand firmly against this criminalisation and this shifting of political boundaries.
Our solidarity lies with the Jewish Voice and all those affected by repression.
A clear, united response to intimidation and authoritarian tendencies is needed now.
