ELSC Senior Legal Officer, Rechtsanwältin Nadija Samour, sowie die ELSC Partner-Rechtsanwältinnen Leonora Arslani und Yolanda Scheytt, führen seit Jahren erfolgreich Verfahren gegen die Kriminalisierung der Äußerung von „Palestine will be free, from the river to the sea“.
In dieser Informationsveranstaltung werden sie Einblicke in ihre Prozessführung geben und dabei insbesondere auch auf wissenschaftliche Gutachten und deren richterliche Behandlung und Bewertung eingehen.
Die Informationsveranstaltung richtet sich nicht nur an ein juristisches Fachpublikum, sondern wird juristische Vorgänge für ein breites Publikum veranschaulichen.

ELSC Senior Legal Officer and solicitor Nadija Samour, together with ELSC partner solicitors Leonora Arslani and Yolanda Scheytt, have for years been successfully conducting legal proceedings against the criminalisation of the statement “Palestine will be free, from the river to the sea”.
At this information session, they will provide insights into their litigation strategy, focusing in particular on expert reports and how these have been treated and assessed by the courts.
The information session is not only aimed at a specialist legal audience but will also explain legal proceedings in a way that is accessible to a wider audience.
The event will be held in German.
Attendance is free of charge and the event will take place online via Zoom.
