Der Sommer wird antimilitaristisch und dafür brauchen wir euch!
Das Berliner Bündnis gegen Waffenproduktion, bestehend aus über 20 Organisationen, ruft für den 10.-11. Juli bundesweit zu Aktionstagen gegen Krieg auf.
Anlass ist der Beginn der Munitionsproduktion im Rheinmetall-Werk im Wedding.
Damit wird zum ersten Mal seit dem zweiten Weltkrieg in Berlin wieder Kriegsgerät hergestellt, und das mitten im Herzen der Hauptstadt.
Die Waffenfabrik in unserem Kiez steht stellvertretend für einen allgemeinen Trend der Aufrüstung und Militarisierung in Deutschland und Europa, dem wir uns gemeinsam entgegen setzen müssen.
Um die Aktionstage und die Wochen davor mit vielen starken und kreativen Aktionen zu füllen, rufen wir alle Organisationen die gegen Aufrüstung und sozialen Kahlschlag aktiv sind oder werden wollen auf, sich zu beteiligen.
Um unseren Plan vorzustellen und gemeinsam erste Ideen zur Zusammenarbeit zu entwickeln laden wir euch zum Unterstützer:innen-Treffen der Aktionstage ein.
Egal wozu ihr sonst noch arbeitet, ob Feminismus, Internationalismus, Kampf gegen den Klimawandel, die Wehrpflicht oder etwas ganz anderes.
Wir wollen Aktive aus möglichst vielen Perspektiven zusammen bringen und zeigen:
im Krieg hat niemand von uns etwas zu gewinnen! Wir freuen uns auf euch.

This summer will be anti-militarist, and we need you to make it happen!
The Berlin Alliance Against Arms Production, comprising over 20 organisations, is calling for nationwide days of action against war on 10–11 July.
The occasion is the start of munitions production at the Rheinmetall plant in Wedding.
This marks the first time since the Second World War that military equipment has been manufactured in Berlin again, and right in the heart of the capital.
The arms factory in our neighbourhood is symbolic of a general trend towards rearmament and militarisation in Germany and Europe, which we must oppose together.
To fill the days of action and the weeks leading up to them with many powerful and creative actions, we call on all organisations that are active against rearmament and social cuts, or wish to become so, to get involved.
To present our plan and develop initial ideas for collaboration, we invite you to the supporters’ meeting for the days of action.
No matter what else you’re working on – whether it’s feminism, internationalism, the fight against climate change, conscription, or something entirely different.
We want to bring together activists from as many perspectives as possible and show:
in war, none of us has anything to gain! We look forward to seeing you.
