In Gedenken an die Opfer führen wir den Kampf fort, bis der Faschismus in seinen Wurzeln vernichtet ist.
⚠️ℹ️ Hinweis: Es handelt sich um einen Gedenkspaziergang, NICHT um eine klassische Demonstration. Lasst daher bitte alle National-, Partei- und Orgaflaggen zu Hause.
Am 9. November vor 87 Jahren begann die Reichspogromnacht – Organisierte Hetzjagden auf Juden:Jüdinnen, die in tausenden Morden und Deportationen mündeten; die Zerstörung unzähliger Geschäfte, Synagogen und anderer Orte jüdischen Lebens; und die Eskalation ihrer systematischen Verfolgung bis zum Genozid, der Shoah, durch das nationalsozialistische Regime.
Bis heute ist das ein Symbolbild für die unterdrückerische, verbrecherische und grausame Herrschaft der Nazis.
Auch die Leben und Geschichten von Sintizze und Romnja, politische Gegnerinnen, nicht-konformen Frauen, homosexuellen und queeren, behinderten, und als „asozial“ gebrandmarkten Menschen wollten sie systematisch vernichten.
Heute, 80 Jahre nach der Befreiung wird in ganz Europa das Asyl, ein Menschenrecht als Lehre aus Krieg und Genozid wieder faktisch abgeschafft.
In Deutschland werden offene Menschenverachtung und Rassismus nicht nur in „Debatten“ toleriert, sondern auch politisch umgesetzt. Angetrieben von einer Partei, in der führende Figuren davon reden, die Verbrechen der Nazis seien nur „ein Vogelschiss“ gewesen, dass es ein Problem sei, Hitler als „das absolut Böse“ darzustellen, und bestimmte Menschen „entsorgen“ zu müssen.
Orte der Erinnerungskultur in Berlin sind nicht selbstverständlich: Das Denkmal für die im Nationalsozialismus ermordeten Sinti und Roma Europas wird durch den Bau der S-Bahn Linie 21 bedroht, und erst kürzlich wurde die Friedensstatue in Moabit, ein Denkmal für die „Trostfrauen“, durch das Bezirksamt entfernt.
Wir weigern uns, zu vergessen: Wir wollen aktiv erinnern, gedenken, und den Kampf gegen den Faschismus in all seinen Formen, Antisemitismus, Rassismus und Sexismus fortsetzen.
Deshalb laden wir Euch ein zu einem Spaziergang durch Charlottenburg, vorbei an Orten des Terrors und Gedenkens.
Unterwegs wollen wir Stolpersteine putzen, Kerzen und Blumen ablegen.
Kommt dafür am Sonntag, den 9. November um 14 Uhr zum Gedenkstein für die Opfer des Nationalsozialismus am Steinplatz. Der Spaziergang endet am Mahnmal für Cemal Altun vor der Hardenbergstraße 20.

In memory of the victims, we continue fighting until fascism is eradicated at its roots.
⚠️ℹ️ Note: This is a commemorative walk, NOT a traditional demonstration. Therefore, please leave all national, party and organisational flags at home.
On 9th November 87 years ago, ‚Reichspogromnacht‘ began – organised persecution of Jews, resulting in thousands of murders and deportations; the destruction of countless shops, synagogues and other places of Jewish life; and the escalation of their systematic persecution until genocide, the Shoah, by the National Socialist regime.
To this day, it remains a symbolic image of the oppressive, criminal and cruel rule of the Nazis.
They also sought to systematically destroy the lives and stories of Sintizze and Romnja, political opponents, non-conformist women, homosexual and queer people, disabled people, and people branded as ‘anti-social’.
Today, 80 years after the liberation from Nazi rule, asylum, a human right as a lesson from war and genocide, is effectively being abolished throughout Europe .
In Germany, hate and racism are not only tolerated in ‘debates,’ but also implemented politically. Driven by a political party in which leading figures talk about the crimes of the Nazis being just ‘bird shit’, that it is a problem to portray Hitler as ‘the absolute evil,’ and that certain people need to be ‘disposed of’.
Places of remembrance in Berlin cannot be taken for granted: the Memorial to the Sinti and Roma Victims of National Socialism is threatened by the construction of the S-Bahn line 21, and just recently, the Statue of Peace in Moabit, a memorial for the ‘comfort women,’ was removed by the Bezirksamt.
We refuse to forget: we want to actively remember and continue the fight against fascism in all its forms, anti-Semitism, racism and sexism.
That is why we invite you to join us on a walk through Charlottenburg, past places of terror and remembrance.
Along the way, we will clean stumbling blocks and lay down candles and flowers.
Please join us on Sunday, 9th November at 2 p.m. at the memorial stone for the victims of National Socialism at Steinplatz.
The walk will end at the memorial to Cemal Altun in front of Hardenbergstraße 20.
