Einer unserer Genossen ist angeklagt wegen „gewaltsamen Widerstandes gegen die Festnahme“ während der barbarischen Räumung des Bundestagscamps durch die deutsche Polizei, wo Unterstützer Palästinas vom 8. bis zum 26. April kampierten und einen Stopp der Waffenexporte an die zionistische Besatzung und die sofortige Beendigung des andauernden Völkermordes in Gaza forderten!
Die Verhandlung findet am 14. März um 12:15 Uhr im Amtsgericht Tiergarten Raum 101 (Sicherheitsraum) statt.
Der Vorwurf lautet Widerstand gegen die Festnahme „mit Gewalt“, weil der Mann sich an seinen Sitznachbarn festhielt. Die Polizei hat ihn unter Schmerzen festgehalten und abgeführt.
Wir sehen uns morgen!
Wenn wir viele werden, würden wir spontan eine Kundgebung draußen anmelden.
Es ist auch wichtig zu wissen, dass Gerichtsverhandlungen zu Palästina, vor allem die, über die publiziert und für die demonstriert wird, in „Sicherheitsräumen“ stattfinden, was die Richter in vielen Fällen dazu zwingt, die Verhandlungen aufgrund der großen Anzahl von Fällen zu verschieben.
Bleiben wir ihnen ein Dorn im Auge und stehen wir gemeinsam gegen ihre Unterdrückung auf.

One of our comrades is accused of „violently resisting arrest“ during the barbaric eviction of the Bundestag camp by the German police, where supporters of Palestine camped from the 8th to the 26th of April demanding a stop of arms export to the Zionist occupation and the immediate stop of the ongoing genocide in Gaza!
The trial will take place on March 14th at 12:15h in Amtsgericht Tiergarten Room 101 (security room)
The accusation is resisting arrest „violently“ because the guy was holding on to his comrades in the sit-in. The police used a pain hold on him while taking them away.
See you tomorrow!
If we were many, we will spontaneously register a rally outside.
Its also important to note that court hearings on Palestine, and especially those that are published about and rallied for, take place in „security rooms“, which forces the judges in many cases to postpone the hearings due to the large number of cases.
Let’s stay a thorn in their throats, and stand together in the face of their repression.
