🇨🇺✊🏽 Fiesta de Solidaridad: Von Kuba lernen, für Kuba kämpfen, mit Kuba feiern!
Cuba sí feiert mit Tausenden Kubafreund*innen die „Fiesta de Solidaridad“ zum kubanischen Nationalfeiertag am 26. Juli in der Parkaue im Berliner Bezirk Lichtenberg.
Wie immer: mit Volxküche (Chili con Soja) und Infoständen vom autonomen Stadtteilladen Zielona Góra.
Auf der Bühne erwartet die Gäste ein abwechslungsreiches Musik- und Talkprogramm und bei der großen Solidaritätstombola als spektakulärer Hauptpreis eine Flugreise nach Kuba!
Als Höhepunkte des Abends freuen wir uns immer auf lateinamerikanisch Musik insbesondere Musik aus Kuba, die mit ihren Musiker*innen die Tanzbeine zum Schwingen bringen wird. Denn erfrischende Mojitos und karibische Rhythmen dürfen natürlich nicht fehlen.
Neben Neuigkeiten aus Kuba in verschiedenen Podiumsrunden, u.a. zur wirtschaftlichen Situation und aus den Cuba sí Solidaritätsprojekten zur nachhaltigen Landwirtschaft und im Gesundheitswesen, gibt es viele Infos über unsere Soliarbeit.
Auf dem Festgelände präsentieren rund 35 Stände Politisches, Kulturelles, Literarisches und Kulinarisches aus und über Lateinamerika und Kuba.
Das Symbol M-26-7 steht für Movimiento 26 de Julio, die Bewegung 26.Juli, mit deren Sturm auf die Moncada-Kaserne in Santiago de Cuba 1953 die kubanische Revolution unter Fidel Castro begann.
Und das Beste zum Schluss – der Eintritt ist frei!

🇨🇺✊🏽 Fiesta de Solidaridad: Learn from Cuba, fight for Cuba, celebrate with Cuba!
Cuba sí celebrates the ‘Fiesta de Solidaridad’ with thousands of friends of Cuba on the Cuban national holiday on 26 July in the Parkaue in Berlin’s Lichtenberg district.
As always: with a community kitchen (chili con soja) and information stands from the autonomous neighbourhood shop Zielona Góra.
A varied programme of music and talks awaits guests on stage, and the grand solidarity raffle will feature a spectacular grand prize: a flight to Cuba!
As highlights of the evening, we always look forward to Latin American music, especially music from Cuba, which will get everyone dancing with its musicians. Refreshing mojitos and Caribbean rhythms are a must, of course.
In addition to news from Cuba in various panel discussions, including on the economic situation and from the Cuba sí solidarity projects on sustainable agriculture and healthcare, there will be lots of information about our solidarity work.
Around 35 stands on the festival grounds will present political, cultural, literary and culinary topics from and about Latin America and Cuba.
The symbol M-26-7 stands for Movimiento 26 de Julio, the 26 July Movement, whose storming of the Moncada Barracks in Santiago de Cuba in 1953 marked the beginning of the Cuban Revolution under Fidel Castro.
