Mc Dra ist 20 Jahre alt. Geboren in Rio de Janeiro lebt sie seit 9 Jahren in Deutschland. Als Künstlerin rappt sie auf deutsch und portugiesisch über das Leben.
Zentrale Themen ihrer Musik sind unter anderem Arbeit und Feminismus. Sie probiert mit ihrer Musik andere FLINTA*s und andere Unterdrückte Menschen zu empowern.

In ihren DJ-Sets erkundet Kandeesha eine Klanglandschaft, die nordafrikanische Musik, den Mittleren Osten und zeitgenössische elektronische Musik miteinander verbindet.
„Disoriental“ repräsentiert ihr Wesen: eine Ablehnung des Orientalismus, der desorientiert, mit dem Ziel, eine mobile Identität zu erforschen, sowohl persönlich als auch kollektiv.
