Der Gesetzentwurf zur „Unverletzlichkeit des Privateigentums“ gefährdet die nationale Souveränität, schränkt die Möglichkeiten des Staates zur Gestaltung der öffentlichen Politik ein und bedroht das Recht auf Wohnraum von Tausenden von Familien.
Unter anderem sieht er vor, ein Gesetz aufzuheben, das die nationale Souveränität über das Land schützt, wodurch große Konzerne begünstigt und ein Modell vertieft wird, das auf Auslandsbesitz, Eigentumskonzentration und Zwangsräumungen basiert.
Nachdem die Beratung des Entwurfs aufgrund mangelnden Konsenses im Senat verschoben worden war, wird er nun am kommenden 6. August vor dem Hintergrund starker gesellschaftlicher Ablehnung endlich diskutiert und zur Abstimmung gebracht.
Von der Versammlung in Solidarität mit Argentinien in Berlin aus schließen wir uns den Mobilisierungen in Argentinien an und unterstützen die Forderung.

The draft bill on the ‘inviolability of private property’ jeopardises national sovereignty, restricts the state’s ability to shape public policy and threatens the right to housing for thousands of families.
Among other things, it seeks to repeal a law that protects national sovereignty over the land, thereby favouring large corporations and entrenching a model based on foreign ownership, concentration of property and evictions.
After deliberations on the draft bill were postponed in the Senate due to a lack of consensus, it will now finally be debated and put to a vote on 6 August, against a backdrop of strong public opposition.
From the rally in Berlin in solidarity with Argentina, we join the protests in Argentina and support the demand.
