Die Situation für Geflüchtete in Deutschland ist geprägt von systematischer Entmenschlichung und rassistischer Willkür.
Doch während die EU ihre Grenzen weiter militarisiert und Geflüchtete in Lagern vegetieren lässt, lassen sich Betroffene das nicht gefallen und leisten Widerstand!
Women in Exile & Friends kämpfen seit Jahren unermüdlich gegen diese Zustände und fokussieren sich dabei vor allem auf die Zusammenhänge von Rassismus und Sexismus im Asylsystem.
Am Mittwoch, dem 05.08. wollen wir mit euch zusammen den Film „WOMEN MOVING AGAINST LAGERS AND RACISM“ von 2022 schauen, der eine der bekannten Bustouren von @womeninexile dokumentiert.

The situation for refugees in Germany is characterised by systematic dehumanisation and racist arbitrariness.
But whilst the EU continues to militarise its borders and leaves refugees to languish in camps, those affected are not taking this lying down and are putting up a fight!
Women in Exile & Friends have been fighting tirelessly against these conditions for years, focusing in particular on the links between racism and sexism within the asylum system.
On Wednesday 5 August, we want to watch the 2022 film “WOMEN MOVING AGAINST CAMPS AND RACISM” with you, which documents one of the well-known bus tours organised by @womeninexile
