Das repressivste Mittel des Staates gegen politische Aktivist*innen ist der Knast.
Die Bedrohung mit dem Entzug der Freiheit lässt viele erschaudern.
Obwohl rund 60.000 Menschen in deutschen Knästen leben, bleibt der Alltag hinter Gittern für die meisten ein Mythos.
Wir wollen diese Bedrohung entzaubern und Knastaufenthalte enttabuisieren.
Denn Knast sollte uns nicht überraschen.
Gegen Nanuk wird gerade im zweiten großen AntifaOst-Verfahren vor dem Oberlandesgericht Dresden verhandelt.
Nach 554 Tagen wurde er Ende April aus der Untersuchungshaft entlassen.

Prison talks with Nanuk
The state’s most repressive tool against political activists is prison.
The threat of imprisonment makes many people shudder.
Although around 60,000 people are currently in German prisons, daily life behind bars remains a mystery to most.
We want to demystify this threat and remove the taboo surrounding prison stays.
Because prison should not take us by surprise.
Nanuk is currently on trial in the second major AntifaOst case before the Dresden Higher Regional Court.
After 554 days, he was released from pre-trial detention at the end of April.
An evening dedicated to his experiences.
