Wir rufen alle Menschen mit Gewissen auf, sich dem Kampf gegen die unerbittlichen Angriffe Deutschlands auf Migranten und Asylbewerber anzuschließen.
Abschiebungen nach Griechenland sind wegen der unmenschlichen Lebensbedingungen für Asylsuchende seit Jahren ausgesetzt.
*Am 16. April 2025 wird der Hessische Verwaltungsgerichtshof jedoch über einen wichtigen Fall entscheiden, der einen Präzedenzfall für die Massenabschiebung von Migranten und Asylbewerbern nach Griechenland durch den deutschen Staat schaffen könnte.
Konkret bedeutet dies eine große Gefahr für „alleinstehende, gesunde, junge männliche Asylbewerber mit Schutzstatus in Griechenland“.
Das neue Urteil ist eine Eskalation der verwerflichen Politik Deutschlands gegenüber Migranten und Asylbewerbern. Dies zeigt sich sehr deutlich im Fall der Gazaner in Deutschland, deren Asylanträge seit Oktober 2023 eingefroren sind, unter dem Vorwand, die Situation in Gaza sei „unklar“.
Sie baut auf dem bestehenden antipalästinensischen Rassismus und der Unterdrückung in Deutschland auf – und das alles, während Deutschland aktiv an dem anhaltenden Völkermord teilnimmt, indem es die zionistische Besatzung militärisch, diplomatisch und wirtschaftlich unterstützt.
Jetzt müssen wir uns mehr denn je gegen diese barbarische Eskalation wehren! Gehen Sie auf die Straße: lehnen Sie ihren Rassismus und ihre Grenzgewalt ab und kämpfen Sie dagegen!

We call on all people of conscience to join us in the fight against Germany’s relentless attacks on migrants and asylum seekers.
Deportations to Greece have been suspended for years due to the inhumane living conditions there for asylum seekers.
*On April 16th 2025, however, the higher Administrative Court of the State of Hessen will decide on a major case that could set a precedent for the German state to mass deport migrants and asylum seekers to Greece.
More specifically, this puts „single, healthy, young male asylum seekers with protection status in Greece“ at major risk.
The incoming ruling is an escalation of Germany’s reprehensible policy towards migrants and asylum-seekers. As seen very clearly in the case of Gazans in Germany, whose asylum applications have been frozen since October 2023, under the pretense that the situation in Gaza is „unclear“.
It builds on existing anti-Palestinian racism and repression in Germany—all while Germany takes an active part in the ongoing genocide by militarily, diplomatically, and economically supporting the Zionist occupation.
Now, more than ever, we must resist this barbaric escalation!
Take to the streets: reject and fight against their racism and border violence!
