Einladung zum kämpferischen Betriebsstammtisch
Gute Arbeitsbedingungen fallen nicht vom Himmel – wir müssen sie gemeinsam erkämpfen.
In immer mehr Betrieben erleben wir massive Angriffe auf unsere Rechte:
Arbeitszeiten werden verlängert, Mitbestimmung wird ausgehebelt, Stellen werden abgebaut, Tarifverträge umgangen.
Gleichzeitig fahren Politik und Unternehmen eine harte Linie – sie stellen längst erkämpfte Rechte infrage: Streikrecht, Tarifbindung, Arbeitsrecht stehen unter Druck.
Aber wir sind nicht machtlos. In vielen Betrieben gibt es Widerstand.
Kolleginnen und Kollegen wehren sich – entschlossen, kreativ, solidarisch. Doch oft bleibt dieser Kampf auf einzelne Betriebe beschränkt.
Deshalb laden wir ein zum kämpferischen Betriebsstammtisch: Ein Ort für Austausch über Betriebs- und Gewerkschaftsgrenzen hinweg – offen, solidarisch und auf Augenhöhe.
Worum geht’s?
• Wie gelingt gute Arbeit im Interesse der Beschäftigten, statt auf Sozialpartnerschaft mit dem Unternehmen zu setzen?
• Wie organisieren wir Widerstand gegen Druck und Vereinzelung?
• Wie bauen wir Strukturen im Betrieb auf, die unabhängig und kämpferisch sind – und nicht bloß verwalten oder stellvertretend handeln?
Egal ob Betriebsrat oder Vertrauensfrau – wer was verändern will, ist hier richtig.
Bringt eure Erfahrungen, Fragen, Ideen und Mitstreiter mit.
Lasst uns beraten, was möglich ist – und was nötig.

Invitation to a militant company get-together
Good working conditions don’t fall from the sky – we have to fight for them together.
We are experiencing massive attacks on our rights in more and more companies:
Working hours are being extended, co-determination is being undermined, jobs are being cut, collective agreements are being circumvented.
At the same time, politicians and companies are taking a hard line – they are questioning rights that have long been fought for: the right to strike, collective bargaining and labour law are under pressure.
But we are not powerless. There is resistance in many companies.
Colleagues are fighting back – resolutely, creatively, in solidarity. However, this struggle is often limited to individual companies.
That’s why we’re inviting you to a militant company get-together: a place for dialogue across company and trade union boundaries – openly, in solidarity and at eye level.
What is it all about?
– How can we organise good work in the interests of the employees instead of relying on social partnership with the company?
– How do we organise resistance against pressure and isolation?
– How do we build structures in the company that are independent and militant – and not just administrative or proxy?
Whether you are a works council member or a shop steward – if you want to make a difference, this is the place to be.
