Nehmt an der Solidaritätskundgebung am 17. Dezember um 13 Uhr teil!
Nach mehreren gescheiterten Versuchen, den populären Slogan „From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free” unter Strafe zu stellen, geht die Berliner Justiz nun aufs Ganze!
Bis zum Montag, dem 15. Dezember, fanden mehr als 10 Anhörungen statt, und der Richter drängte die Anwälte, ihre Schlussplädoyers zu lesen.
Das bedeutet, dass das Urteil möglicherweise bereits am Mittwoch gefällt wird – ein Urteil, das als Richtlinie für die Kriminalisierung Tausender Fälle dienen kann!
Unabhängig davon, wie das Urteil ausfällt, wissen wir, dass wir jedes Recht haben, ein freies Palästina vom Fluss bis zum Meer zu fordern!

After multiple failed attempts to criminalize the popular slogan „From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free“, the Berlin justice system is going all out!
More than 10 hearings have taken place until on Monday 15 December, the judge rushed the lawyers into reading their closing arguments.
This means that the verdict might come this Wednesday, a verdict that can be used as a guideline for criminalization for thousands of cases!
Whatever they rule, we know we have every right to call for a free Palestine from the River to the Sea!
