Bald ist wieder 1. Mai! ❤️🔥
Der Internationale Kampftag der Arbeiter*innenklasse ist Anfang der 2000er in Berlin “Volksfest und Riot zugleich.” So berichtet KanalB, ein linkes Medienkollektiv, das sämtliche 1. Mai Demos in Berlin zu dieser Zeit journalistisch begleitet und kommentiert hat.
Zusammen wollen wir diese Kurzdokus, die mittlerweile wahre Zeitdokumente geworden sind, angucken, uns über die Entwicklungen seitdem austauschen und gemeinsam in unserem Archiv im Roten Café stöbern!

It’s nearly 1 May again! ❤️🔥
In the early 2000s, the International Workers’ Day in Berlin was “both a folk festival and a riot.” So reports KanalB, a left-wing media collective that covered and commented on all the May Day demonstrations in Berlin at that time.
Together, we want to watch these short documentaries, which have since become true historical records, discuss developments since then, and browse through our archive at the Rotes Café!
