Rettet den Hafenplatz und das Gleisdreieck vor den Immobilienkonzernen!
Schluss mit Luxusprojekten und Verdrängung!
Die Immobilienriesen haben es auf unseren Hafenplatz und das idyllische Gleisdreieck abgesehen.
Ein Privatinvestor plant, am Gleisdreieckpark sieben Hochhauser mit rein gewerblicher Nutzung zu errichten.
Diese Betonklotze bedrohen nicht nur Natur, Umwelt und unsere Nachbar*innenschaft, sondern ignorieren auch gänzlich den dringenden Bedarf an bezahlbarem Wohnraum.
Wenige Hundert Meter weiter bangen die Anwohnenden am Hafenplatz um ihre Zukunft.
Mehr als 700 günstige Wohn- und Gewerbeeinheiten sollen dem Bau von Luxuswohnungen und einer Ladenpassage weichen.
Wer hier sein Zuhause verliert, wird nie wieder in einer vergleichbaren Lage und so günstig leben können.
Beide Themen stehen am 23.05 auf der Tagesordnung der BVV, wo wir Politik und Miethaie vor Ort kräftig unter Druck setzen werden.
Mit unserem Protest werden wir ihnen zeigen:
Wer unsere Stadt und unser Zuhause für die Profite einiger weniger opfern will, muss mit Widerstand rechnen!

Save Hafenplatz and Gleisdreieck from the property companies!
Stop luxury projects and displacement!
The property giants are targeting our harbour square and the idyllic Gleisdreieck.
A private investor is planning to build seven high-rise buildings with purely commercial use at Gleisdreieckpark.
These concrete blocks not only threaten nature, the environment and our neighbourhood, but also completely ignore the urgent need for affordable housing.
A few hundred metres further on, the residents of Hafenplatz fear for their future.
More than 700 affordable residential and commercial units are to make way for the construction of luxury flats and a shopping arcade.
Anyone who loses their home here will never again be able to live in a comparable location at such a favourable price.
Both issues will be on the agenda of the BVV on 23 May, where we will put the politicians and rent sharks under strong pressure.
