Der JHA hat letzten Dienstag die Abstimmung zur Empfehlung der Rücknahme der außerordentlichen Kündigung der zwei Mädchen*zentren Phantalisa und Alia von Frieda e.V. vertagt.
Sie bräuchten noch mehr Bedenkzeit. Wir sagen: Das ist Zeitschinden. Letzten Dienstag entbrannten in der JHA wieder wilde Diskussionen, die für Menschen, die tatsächlich als Sozialarbeiter*innen arbeiten, unerträglich sind. Diese Kolleg*innen – und es wird in Zukunft immer mehr treffen – sind der politischen Agenda und den Machtspielchen von komplett sozial entfremdeten Personen, wie allen voran Max Kindler, augeliefert.
Aber machtlos sind wir nicht, denn wir sind viele und wir haben gezeigt wie solidarisch und laut wir sein können. Wir haben gezeigt: Sie können nicht einfach machen was sie wollen, ohne, dass wir uns entgegenstellen.
Wieso bekleiden sie Ämter, wenn sie nicht wissen, was die Menschen wollen?
Wir fragen nochmal: WIESO IST EIN EX-POLIZIST VORSITZENDER JUGENDSTADTRAT? Wem soll das etwas bringen?
Wenn Jugendliche nicht vor Nazis geschützt werden, sondern ihnen die Räume genommen werden: was ist dann die Agenda des JHA?
Wenn sich Sozialarbeitende gegen Rassismus aussprechen und Sie nicht gehört werden: Welche Werte vertritt der JHA und wer sitzt da drinnen?
Wenn Sozialarbeitende wegen der in ihrer freien Zeit ausgesprochenen Palästina-Solidarität verfolgt werden: wo bleibt die Meinungsfreiheit?
Wenn zur schon unrechtmäßigen Verfolgung dieser Menschen ganze soziale Projekte zerstört werden sollen, und damit die ganze Gesellschaft den Preis zahlen soll: wie skrupellos kann diese Verfolgung nur sein?
An alle in diesem Fall beteiligten Politiker*innen, Parteien, Institutionen und Behörden: wir sehen eure Absichten im Kontext der Staatsgewalt gegen alle Stimmen, die sich für eine Ende des Völkermordes und für ein freies Palästina, gegen Rassismus, für Gleichberechtigung und für Selbstbestimmung in unserer Gesellschaft erheben.
WAS FÜR EINE SCHANDE, WAS FÜR EIN EKEL!
Wir bringen auch zur nächsten Sitzung unseren Protest vor das Bezirksamt!
Seid nochmal viele, seid solidarisch, seid laut. Diese Kündigung betrifft uns alle!
Wir fordern ganz klar:
• Wir brauchen Phantalisa und Alia. Die Mädchen* brauchen Phantalisa und Alia und haben das Recht diese Schutzräume zu haben.
• Die Rücknahme der Kündigungen und Verlängerung der Leistungsverträge!
• Wir fordern: Max Kindler muss zurücktreten. Wir wollen keine Cops für Kinder, wir wollen Sozialarbeiter*innen.

Last Tuesday, the JHA postponed the vote for the recommendation to revoke the extraordinary termination of the two girls‘ centers Phantalisa and Alia von Frieda e.V.
They apparently need more time to think about it. We say: This is time waste!
Last Tuesday, wild discussions broke out again in the JHA (youth welfare committee), which are unbearable for people who actually work as social workers. These colleagues – and this will happen to more people in the future – are subjected to the political agenda and the power games of completely socially alienated people, like Max Kindler.
But we are not powerless, because we are many and we have shown how united and loud we can be. We’ve shown that they can’t just do whatever you want without us noticing and standing against it.
They should not occupy those offices if they have no idea what people want!
We ask again: WHY IS AN EX-POLICEMAN THE PRESIDENT OF THE YOUTH CITY COUNCIL? Who is this supposed to benefit?
If young people are not protected from Nazis, but rather their spaces are taken away: what is the JHA’s agenda?
If a social worker speaks out against racism and they are not heard: what values does the JHA represent and which people are in there?
If social workers are persecuted because of the Palestine solidarity expressed in their free time: where is the freedom of expression?
If entire social projects are to be destroyed in order to perpetrate this unlawful persecution, making the entire society pay the price: how ruthless can this persecution be?
To all politicians, parties, insitutions and authorities involved in this case: we see your intentions in the context of state violence against all voices that rise for an end to the genocide and for a free Palestine, against racism, for equality and for self-determination in our society.
SHAME! SHAME AND DISGUST!
We will bring our protest to the district office during the next meeting too!
Please be many again, be in solidarity, be loud! This decision affects us all!
Our demands:
• We need Phantalisa and Alia. The girls* need Phantalisa and Alia and have the right to have these safe spaces.
• The withdrawal of terminations and extension of the service contracts!
• Max Kindler must resign. We don’t want cops for children, we want social workers.
