Antifa Gençlik Fußballturnier ⚽️❤️🔥
Zum vierten Mal in Folge laden wir euch zum Antifa Gençlik Fußballturnier ein. In den letzten Jahren stand dabei das Gedenken an Cengiz Ulutürk im Vordergrund.
Cengiz trug wesentlich zum Aufbau der „Antifaşist Gençlik“ bei und war Teil der antirassistischen, antifaschistischen Selbstverteidigung der 80er und frühen 90er in Berlin.
Nach einer Auseinandersetzung 1992 in deren Verlauf der Faschist, Gerhard Kaindl, tödlich verletzt wurde, entzog sich Cengiz der staatlichen Verfolgungswelle, tauchte unter und schloss sich später der kurdischen Freiheitsbewegung an. Vier Jahre später wurde er in Nordkurdistan durch das türkische Militär ermordet.
Fatma (Devran) war so wie Cengiz Teil der Antifa Gençlik und wurde im Zuge der damaligen Repression, verhaftet blieb standhaft und war bis zu ihrem Tod im November des letzten Jahres in zahlreichen Bereichen aktiv.
Devran hinterlässt eine Lücke, die nicht zu schließen ist und hat viele von uns begleitet, unterstützt und inspiriert.
Als Freundin und konsequente Genossin die bis an ihr Lebensende für eine bessere Welt gestritten und gekämpft hat. Nicht nur deshalb widmen wir ihr das diesjährige Turnier.
Auch, weil es ihr in den vergangenen Jahren nicht möglich war an den Turnieren teilzunehmen. Sie es aber mit Freude und Stolz erfüllt hat, dass die Geschichte der, und damit auch ein Teil ihrer eigenen Geschichte, Antifa Gençlik nicht vergessen wird.
Für Fatma & Cengiz! Für alle, die nicht mehr bei uns sind! Für das Leben!

Antifa Gençlik Football Tournament ⚽️❤️🔥
For the fourth year running, we invite you to the Antifa Gençlik football tournament. In recent years, the focus has been on commemorating Cengiz Ulutürk.
Cengiz played a key role in establishing ‘Antifaşist Gençlik’ and was part of the anti-racist, anti-fascist self-defence movement in Berlin during the 1980s and early 1990s.
Following a clash in 1992, during which the fascist Gerhard Kaindl was fatally injured, Cengiz evaded the wave of state persecution, went into hiding and later joined the Kurdish freedom movement. Four years later, he was murdered by the Turkish military in Northern Kurdistan.
Like Cengiz, Fatma (Devran) was part of Antifa Gençlik; she was arrested during the repression of that time, remained steadfast, and remained active in numerous areas until her death in November last year.
Devran leaves behind a void that cannot be filled; she accompanied, supported and inspired many of us.
As a friend and steadfast comrade who fought and struggled for a better world right up until the end of her life. That is not the only reason we are dedicating this year’s tournament to her.
It is also because, in recent years, she was unable to take part in the tournaments. Yet it filled her with joy and pride that the history of Antifa Gençlik – and thus also a part of her own history – will not be forgotten.
