solltet Ihr trotzdem Euer Smartphone mitnehmen wollen oder müssen, denkt daran, dass Bullen damit ein Bewegungsprofil von Euch erstellen können.
Wenn Ihr auf der Demo seid, schaltet es solange aus, bis ihr es tatsächlich benötigt.
Trefft folgende Vorbereitungen:
- aktiviert die Verschlüsselung eurer Daten, falls noch nicht geschehen
- speichert grundsätzlich sehr sensible persönliche Daten immer in einem verschlüsselten Verzeichnis
- schaltet Touch ID und Face ID aus!
- nutzt statt der einfachen PIN ein langes sicheres Passwort!
NO FOTO/VIDEO POLICY!
schützt euch und Eure Gefährt*innen, verzichtet grundsätzlich auf Fotos/Videos und stellt nichts ins Netz!
- Bullengewalt filmen kann hilfreich sein, hat aber einfach so im Netz nichts zu suchen! Kontaktiert die Demoleitung oder den Ermittlungsausschuss, versendet nichts unverschlüsselt!
- werdet ihr von Bullen dabei beobachtet, könnten sie versuchen, euer Smartphone als Beweismittel einzukassieren!

- ihr müsst nicht Eure Passwörter und/oder Zugangsdaten nennen!
- alles was Ihr den Bullen sagt oder in deren Hände gebt, werden Sie gegen Euch verwenden! Einfach nicht mit Bullen reden!

rufe den Umstehenden Name, Geburtsdatum zu oder rufe selbst beim EA an oder bespreche am besten vorher mit deinen Freund*innen, dass sie das für dich tun.
Sage den Bullen nicht mehr als Name, Meldeadresse, Geburtsdatum, Geburtsort, Staatsangehörigkeit und deinen Beruf.
Ansonsten Klappe Halten! Keine Aussagen machen!
Es ist dein Recht zu Schweigen. Bei den Bullen, im Gefangenentransporter und in der Zelle.
Damit belastest du weder dich noch andere, du kommst auch nicht eher oder schneller oder garantiert frei, Bullen lügen immer! Never trust a cop!
Unterschreibe nichts!
Bei der ED-Behandlung (Fotos, Finderabdrücke, Gewicht, Körpermerkmale etc. ) lege Widerspruch ein, auch wenn du es nicht verhindern kannst.
Stimme in keinem Fall einer „freiwilligen“ DNA-Abnahme zu.
Dazu können dich die Bullen nicht zwingen.
Melde Dich beim EA ab, sobald du freigelassen wurdest.
Spätestens am Ende des darauf folgenden Tages musst du freigelassen oder einer Richter*in vorgeführt werden.
Verlange nach Anwält*innen vom Berliner Ermittlungsausschuss.
Anwält*innen vom EA werden spätestens bei der Vorführung am Tag danach da sein und sich um dich kümmern.

The Revolutionary 1 May evening demonstration is not a multimedia selfie stick event‼️
Best practice: Leave your personal mobile phones and smartphones switched off at home!
If you still want or need to bring your smartphone, remember that the police can use it to create a movement profile of you.
When you’re at the demonstration, switch it off until you actually need it.
Make the following preparations:
- enable data encryption, if you haven’t already
- always store highly sensitive personal data in an encrypted folder
- Switch off Touch ID and Face ID!
- Use a long, secure password instead of a simple PIN!
NO PHOTO/VIDEO POLICY!
Protect yourselves and your comrades; as a rule, refrain from taking photos or videos and do not post anything online!
Filming police violence can be helpful, but it simply has no place online! Contact the demonstration organisers or the investigation committee; do not send anything unencrypted!
If you are observed by the police whilst doing so, they may try to confiscate your smartphone as evidence!

You do not have to give out your passwords and/or login details!
Anything you tell the police or hand over to them, they will use against you! Just don’t talk to the police!
If you are arrested…

Shout your name and date of birth to bystanders, or call the Investigation Committee yourself, or ideally discuss this with your friends beforehand so they can do it for you.
Don’t tell the cops anything more than your name, registered address, date of birth, place of birth, nationality and your occupation.
Otherwise, keep your mouth shut! Don’t make any statements!
It is your right to remain silent. With the cops, in the police van and in the cell.
This won’t incriminate you or anyone else; it won’t get you released any sooner, any faster or guarantee your release – the police always lie! Never trust a cop!
Don’t sign anything!
During the initial processing (photos, fingerprints, weight, physical characteristics, etc.), object to it, even if you can’t prevent it.
Under no circumstances agree to a ‘voluntary’ DNA sample.
The cops cannot force you to do this.
Notify the EA as soon as you’ve been released.
You must be released or brought before a judge by the end of the following day at the latest.
Demand lawyers from the Berlin Investigation Committee.
Lawyers from the EA will be there by the time of your court appearance the following day at the latest and will look after you.
