Am Donnerstag, dem 30.04.2026, wird erneut eine Genossin von der FU vor Gericht gezerrt.
Angeklagt ist sie wegen tätlichem Angriff, Hausfriedensbruch und Widerstand im Zusammenhang mit der Besetzung des FU-Präsidiums im Oktober 2024.
Es findet keine Kundgebung statt.
Wir werden trotzdem da sein und im Gerichtssaal unsere Solidarität zeigen.
Schließt euch uns an! Schluss mit der Kriminalisierung von studentischen Protest!

The university is taking us to court and we won’t let that go unanswered!
On Thursday, 30 April 2026, another comrade from the FU will be dragged before the court.
She is charged with assault, trespass and resisting arrest in connection with the occupation of the FU Senate in October 2024.
There will be no rally.
We will be there anyway to show our solidarity in the courtroom. Join us! Stop the criminalisation of student protest!
