Liebe Freundinnen und Freunde,
wie ihr wisst, wurde Bavul von Agora, dem benachbarten Restaurant und Hauptmieter des Gebäudes, vor Gericht gebracht, mit dem Ziel, Bavul aus den Räumlichkeiten zu verdrängen.
Die Gerichtsverhandlung findet am 12. Juni um 10:00 Uhr in der Tegeler Weg 17–21, 10589 Berlin, 1. Etage, Sitzungssaal 131, statt.
Wir rufen alle Freundinnen und Freunde von Bavul dazu auf, am Tag der Verhandlung im Gerichtssaal anwesend zu sein.
Im Vorfeld der Verhandlung wird am Samstag, den 24. Januar, ab 19:00 Uhr eine Solidaritätsveranstaltung mit Bavul stattfinden.
Mit Beiträgen von Freundinnen und Freunden, die kulturelle, künstlerische und musikalische Aktivitäten anbieten, sowie mitgebrachten leckeren Speisen und gemeinsamen Gesprächen über die Zukunft von Bavul, hoffen wir, einen schönen gemeinsamen Abend zu verbringen.
Wir laden alle Freundinnen und Freunde ein, die sich seit der Gründung von Bavul bis heute engagiert, seine Existenz geschätzt, Beiträge geleistet, Unterstützt haben.

Dear friends,
As you know, Bavul has been taken to court by Agora, the neighbouring restaurant and main tenant of the building, with the aim of evicting Bavul from the premises.
The court hearing will take place on 12 June at 10:00 a.m. at Tegeler Weg 17–21, 10589 Berlin, 1st floor, courtroom 131.
We call on all friends of Bavul to be present in the courtroom on the day of the hearing.
In the run-up to the hearing, a solidarity event with Bavul will take place on Saturday, 24 January, starting at 7 p.m.
With contributions from friends who offer cultural, artistic and musical activities, as well as delicious food and discussions about the future of Bavul, we hope to spend a wonderful evening together.
We invite all friends who have been involved since Bavul was founded, who have appreciated its existence, contributed to it and supported it.
