🎭Ihr habt im Gorki oder in der Volksbühne oder der Schaubühne ein wunderbares Stück genossen?
🔨🪡🎨Im Hintergrund arbeiten Hunderte von Beschäftigten der Bühnentechnik oder der Werkstätten und vielen weiteren Bereichen wochenlang am Bühnenbild. Damit das Theaterstück wunderbar wird.
💪Diese Kolleg*innen kämpfen um eine verdiente Lohnerhöhung und damit um den Erhalt der Theaterwelt – so wie wir sie schätzen.
🤬Denn die Berliner Regierung will auch an den Theatern kürzen.
🫶Theater und Kultur ist kein Privatvergnügen für Wenige.

🔨🪡🎨Behind the scenes, hundreds of stage technicians, workshop staff and many others work for weeks on end to create the stage sets. All to ensure that the play is a wonderful experience.
💪These colleagues are fighting for a well-deserved pay rise and thus for the preservation of the theatre world – as we know and love it.
🤬Because the Berlin government also wants to cut funding for theatres.
