Mit der diesjährigen Solidaritätsveranstaltung THIRTYSIX FIGHTS Vol. 4 unterstützen wir die Ari-Klinik in Hesekê, die von der Frauenorganisation WJAS betrieben wird.
Die 2019 eröffnete Einrichtung ist eine von insgesamt fünf Kliniken und trägt zur gesundheitlichen Basisversorgung in Nord- und Ostsyrien („Rojava“) bei.
Hier werden monatlich etwa 500 Frauen und Kinder behandelt.
Das Angebot ist nahezu kostenfrei und damit gerade für ärmere Frauen unerlässlich.
Ergänzend zur medizinischen Behandlung gibt es regelmäßige Vorsorgeseminare zu Krankheiten und psychologischen Themen, sowie ein Zentrum für Naturheilkunde, in dem über lokale Heilpflanzen und -methoden aufgeklärt wird.

Strike for autonomy – self-determined & anti-capitalist
With this year’s solidarity event THIRTYSIX FIGHTS Vol. 4, we are supporting the Ari Clinic in Hesekê, which is run by the women’s organisation WJAS.
Opened in 2019, the facility is one of a total of five clinics and contributes to basic health care in northern and eastern Syria (‘Rojava’).
Around 500 women and children are treated here every month.
The services are virtually free of charge and therefore indispensable, especially for poorer women.
In addition to medical treatment, there are regular preventive seminars on diseases and psychological issues, as well as a centre for naturopathy, where information is provided on local medicinal plants and methods.
