Einer unserer palästinensischen Gefährt*innen hat am Mittwoch, den 12.03.2025, nicht nur einen, sondern gleich zwei Gerichtstermine.
Der erste ist um 9 Uhr, wo er wegen „Erleichterung der Gefangenenbefreiung“ angeklagt ist.
Der zweite Termin ist um 10 Uhr wegen Widerstands gegen die Festnahme.
Beide Anhörungen finden im selben Raum statt: Raum K1002, 1. Stock
⚠️ Bitte beachtet, dass dies nicht der Standort Turmstraße ist!
Lasst uns auftauchen und den Gerichtssaal füllen, um unseren Bruder zu unterstützen!
Wenn wir zu viele sind, werden wir draußen eine spontane Kundgebung anmelden.

One of our Palestinian comrades has not only one, but two court dates on Wednesday, 12.03.2025.
The first one is at 9 am, where he is charged with „Facilitating escape of prisoners“ aka Gefangenenbefreiung
The second one is at 10 am, for resisting arrest.
Both hearings will happen in the same room: Room K1002, 1. floor
⚠️ Please note, this is not the Turmstraße location!
Let’s show up and fill the court room in support of our brother!
If we are too many, we will register a spontaneous rally outside.
