❌Palästinasolidarische Aktivist*innen erleben Kriminalisierung, hohe Geldstrafen und massive Polizeigewalt.
Menschen, die ohne deutschen Pass geboren wurden, drohen diskriminierende Einschränkungen beim Aufenthaltsrecht bis zum Entzug bereits gegebener Staatsbürgerschaft.
❗In einem Input beleuchtet Juristin Inga Matthes (Jurist:innen gegen Genozid) diese Zusammenhänge genauer und zeigt, wie Repression, Migrationsrecht und die Kriminalisierung palästinasolidarischen Engagements in Deutschland wirken.

People born without a German passport face discriminatory restrictions on their right of residence, up to and including the revocation of citizenship already granted.
❗In a presentation, lawyer Inga Matthes (Lawyers Against Genocide) will examine these issues in more detail and show how repression, migration law and the criminalisation of solidarity with Palestine are playing out in Germany.
