Abdallah kam als Säugling nach Deutschland. Berlin ist seine Heimat. Hier hat er sprechen gelernt. Hier sind seine Freunde. Sein Leben.
Im September 2025 bekam er endlich den deutschen Pass.
Wenige Wochen später wurde er ihm wieder weggenommen!
WARUM?
Wegen zwei Instagram-Posts über Palästina.
Ohne Strafverfahren. Ohne Verurteilung. Ohne Urteil eines Gerichts.
Auslöser war eine Presseanfrage rechter Medien direkt an die Einwanderungsbehörde – das Verfahren wurde binnen Tagen eingeleitet.
👉 Das ist der erste bekannte Fall in Deutschland, bei dem eine Einbürgerung allein wegen Social-Media-Posts entzogen wurde.
🚨 Was hier passiert, ist kein Versehen – es ist Methode.
Das Staatsangehörigkeitsrecht wird zum Instrument, um Meinungsfreiheit zu sanktionieren. Eine STAATSBÜRGERSCHAFT AUF PROBE – die potentiell alle Menschen ohne deutschen Geburtspass betrifft.

Citizenship revoked for a social media post
Abdallah came to Germany as a baby. Berlin is his home. This is where he learnt to speak. This is where his friends are. His life.
In September 2025, he finally received his German passport.
A few weeks later, it was taken away from him again!
WHY?
Because of two Instagram posts about Palestine.
Without criminal proceedings. Without a conviction. Without a court ruling.
The trigger was a press enquiry from right-wing media directly to the immigration authorities – proceedings were initiated within days.
👉 This is the first known case in Germany where naturalisation has been revoked solely because of social media posts.
🚨 What is happening here is no accident – it is a pattern.
Nationality law is being turned into a tool to sanction freedom of expression. A PROBATIONARY CITIZENSHIP – which potentially affects everyone without a German birth certificate.
FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS APPLY TO EVERYONE.
Citizenship must not be used as a means of pressure.
