Samstag finden bundesweite Demonstrationen zum Nakba-Gedenken, der Vertreibung von 750.000 Palästinenser*innen durch Israel 1948 statt.
Unter anderem wird in Berlin und Hamburg protestiert. Am Sonntag könnt ihr dann bei unserem Soli-Café entspannen.
78 Jahre Vertreibung, Unterdrückung, bis hin zur Auslöschung hundertausender Palästinenser*innen sind das Resultat von Kolonialismus und Imperialismus. Widerstand und Protest dagegen, gerade auch in Deutschland, ist bitter nötig.
Wir laden als Vernetzungsgruppe „Potsdam for Palestine“ regelmäßig zum offenen Café-Treff ein, um uns zu diesen Themen auszutauschen. Wir möchten uns bei Kaffee und Kuchen kennenlernen und unterhalten.

On Saturday, nationwide demonstrations will take place to commemorate the Nakba, the expulsion of 750,000 Palestinians by Israel in 1948.
Protests will be held in Berlin and Hamburg, among other places. On Sunday, you can then relax at our solidarity café.
78 years of displacement, oppression and even the annihilation of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians are the result of colonialism and imperialism. Resistance and protest against this, particularly in Germany, are desperately needed.
As the networking group “Potsdam for Palestine”, we regularly host an open café meet-up to discuss these issues. We’d like to get to know each other and have a chat over coffee and cake.
