Ein Widerständiges Feuer in der Mitte Athens
Vorstellung der Besetzten Nachbarschaft Prosfygika
Seit über 15 Jahren existiert Europas größter Squat – im Herzen Athens.
Das „Plenum der besetzten Gemeinschaft Prosfygika“ zeigt, wie kollektive Selbstorganisierung auch in immer prekärer werdenden Zeiten möglich sein kann. Über 400 Menschen leben dort.
Prosfygika hat es geschafft, eine sich als politisch zusammengehörig verstehende Nachbarschaft zu bilden, die aus zahlreichen besetzten Wohnungen und gemeinschaftlich organisierten Strukturen besteht, welche auf den Bedürfnissen der Bewohner:innen basieren.
Gleichzeitig gestaltet sie lokalen und internationalen Kämpfe mit. Wir sprechen über die aktuelle Bedrohungslage, wie wir die Community unterstützen können und was wir von ihr lernen können.

Presentation of the Community of Squatted Prosfygika
For fifteen years, one of europe’s largest squats has existed in The Heart of Athens.
The „assembly of squatted prosfygika“ Shows that collectives self-Organisation is possible, even in increasingly precarious times.
More than 400 people currently Love there.
Prosfygika has succeeded in building a politically united neighbourhood with numerous occupied Apartments and Community structures based on the needs of its inhabitants.
At the Same time, it actively participates in local and international struggles. We will Talk about the current Situation and how we can Support the Community.
