Am 29.06 geht der Prozess gegen eine Genossin in die zweite Runde.
Ihr wird vorgeworfen im Rahmen der Proteste gegen den Marsch für das Leben 2024 Widerstand gegen Vollstreckungsbeamte geleistet zu haben.
Der Marsch für das Leben ist eine jährlich stattfindende Demonstration von Abtreibungsgegner:innen.
Jetzt in zweiter Instanz wird mit Freiheitsstrafe gedroht.
Das ist pure Schikane und Kriminalisierung von legitimen Protest gegen Fundamentalist:innen, Transfeinde und sonstigen Kräften gegen Selbstbestimmung.
Lasst uns diesen Kampf gemeinsam am 28.6. auf der Stonewall-Demo auf die Straße tragen! (14 Uhr | Frankfurter Tor)
Ein Tag nach Stonewall rufen wir alle auf die Genossin bei ihrem Protest vor Gericht zu unterstützen !

On 29 June, the trial against a comrade enters its second round.
She is accused of resisting law enforcement officers during the protests against the 2024 March for Life.
The March for Life is an annual demonstration by anti-abortion activists.
Now, on appeal, she faces the threat of a prison sentence.
This is pure harassment and the criminalisation of legitimate protest against fundamentalists, transphobes and other forces opposed to self-determination.
Let’s take this fight to the streets together on 28 June at the Stonewall demonstration! (2 pm | Frankfurter Tor)
