Am Dienstag steht der nächste Prozess wegen der Besetzung des Jabalia Instituts im Mai letztes Jahr an. Die Studentin wird von der Universität des Hausfriedensbruch verklagt.
Doch wir wissen, dass unser Protest legitim war und Unis Raum bieten müssen für politischen Protest.
Wir rufen alle auf, mit in die Verhandlung und zu unserer Kundgebung vor dem Gericht zu kommen!
Die Kundgebung findet im Nachhinein statt, wenn die die Genoss:innen aus dem Gericht kommen.
Schluss mit der Strafverfolgung durch Universitäten!

Start of trial: 12:30 pm; rally: 2 pm
⚠️ If you want to attend the trial, it’s best to be there at least half an hour before the trial starts.
The university will report us and we won’t let it go unanswered!
The next trial for the occupation of the Jabalia Institute in May last year is scheduled for Tuesday. The student is being sued by the university for trespassing.
But we know that our protest was legitimate and that universities must offer space for political protest.
We call on everyone to come to the trial and to our rally in front of the court!
The rally will take place afterwards, when the comrades come out of court.
Stop the prosecution by universities!
