Mittwoch steht der nächste Prozess wegen der Hörsaalbesetzung an der FU im Dezember 2023 an.
Die Person wird von der FU des Hausfriedensbruch verklagt. Der Prozess wurde immer wieder verschoben. Bisher gab es in diesem Fall Einstellungen- aber wir fordern Freispruch!
Wir rufen alle auf, mit ins Gericht zu kommen! Schluss mit der Strafverfolgung durch Universitäten!
Wenn ihr mit in die Verhandlung wollt, seid am besten mindestens eine halbe Stunde vor Prozessbeginn da.

The university is reporting us and we won’t let it go unanswered!
Wednesday is the next trial for the lecture hall occupation at the FU in December 2023.
The person is being sued by the FU for trespassing. The trial has been postponed again and again. So far there have been dismissals in this case – but we demand acquittal!
We call on everyone to come to court! Stop the prosecution by universities!
If you want to attend the trial, please be there at least half an hour before it starts.
