Weit weg von zu Hause und in diesen Zeiten des Krieges werde ich am 2. April „Ash“ (آش) kochen, einen warmen, kräuterreichen Eintopf voller Geschmack und Nostalgie.
Kommt vorbei, esst eine Schüssel davon und feiert diesen Tag in Solidarität mit den Menschen im Iran.
Sizdah bedar (سيزده بدر), der 13. und letzte Tag von Noruz, auch bekannt als Tag der Natur.
Im Iran gehen wir in die Natur, pflücken die ersten Frühlingskräuter und kochen ein Ash, picknicken draußen und feiern gemeinsam mit Spielen, Geschichten und Essen.
Bittet den Gott des Regens, den Regen auf die Trümmer des Krieges herabregnen zu lassen, die Natur zu nähren und die Samen der Hoffnung zu bewässern 🌱❤️🔥

Far from home and in these days of war, on 2nd of April, I will cook Ash (آش), a warm and herby stew full of taste and nostalgia.
Come by have a bowl and celebrate this day in solidarity with people in Iran.
Sizdah bedar ( سیزده بدر ), the 13th and last day of Noruz, also known as Nature day, in Iran we go to the nature and pluck the early spring herbs and make a Ash, picnicking outside and celebrate together with games, stories and food.
Wish the God of Rain, pour the rain down the rubbles of the war, nurturing the nature and watering the seeds of hope 🌱❤️🔥
