Das Beyond Borders-Strassenfest geht in die zweite Runde und lädt am 24. August 2024 von 11.00 bis 19.00 Uhr in den Görlitzer Park ein.
Der Eintritt ist natürlich frei. Veranstaltungsort und sanitäre Anlagen sind barrierearm. Ein Awareness-Team und eine Sanitätshelferin werden den ganzen Tag vor Ort sein.
Die familienfreundliche Veranstaltung steht im Zeichen von ziviler Seenotrettung, sicheren Fluchtwegen sowie offenen Grenzen und bietet Vorträge, Mitmachaktionen, vegane Soli-Küche und eine nietenfreie Tombola für Groß und Klein.
Loseinnahmen kommen “Yoga & Sport With Refugees” auf Lesbos und in Athen zugute.
Beyond Borders soll Kollektiven und Projekten eine Plattform bieten, die selbstorganisiert und gemeinnützig an den europäischen Grenzen und im zentralen Mittelmeer gegen das Sterben von Tausenden im täglichen Einsatz sind.

The Beyond Borders street festival is entering its second round and invites you to Görlitzer Park on 24 August 2024 from 11:00 am to 07:00 pm.
Admission is of course free. The venue and sanitary facilities are barrier-free. An awareness team and a paramedic will be on site throughout the day.
The family-friendly event focuses on civil sea rescue, safe escape routes and open borders and offers talks, hands-on activities, vegan Soli cuisine and a rivet-free raffle for young and old.
Raffle proceeds will benefit ‘Yoga & Sport With Refugees’ on Lesbos and in Athens.
Beyond Borders is intended to provide a platform for collectives and projects that are self-organised and non-profit-making at the European borders and in the central Mediterranean to combat the daily deaths of thousands of people.
