Archive neu betrachten. Erzählungen verknüpfen. (14:00 bis 17:00 Uhr)
Im zweiten Teil werden Bilder, Texte und Objekte miteinander verwoben, um neue Geschichten zu erschaffen. Im Rahmen einer gemeinsamen Bestandsaufnahme werden wir die Möglichkeiten diskutieren und erörtern, wie neue Spuren hinterlassen werden können – in Berlin und darüber hinaus.
Der Workshop wird von @suelencalonga Lucio Telles @fraukezabel und Laura Kemmer geleitet.
Wir geben Teilnehmer*innen aus afro-brasilianischen Gemeinschaften sowie Personen mit Vorkenntnissen über afro-brasilianische Sammlungen, Archive und Geschichten in Berlin und anderswo den Vorrang.

Griotage Rund um das Tabuleiro (17 – 20 Uhr)
Ein Workshop zur Perspektive Afro brasilianiascher Frauen in Berlin. Im Rahmen dieses gemeinsamen Kochens wird Sandra Bello von ihrer Geschichte erzählen.
Sandras Arbeit im Geiste der Quilombolas zielt darauf ab, Stereotypen abzubauen und die Sichtbarkeit von Menschen afrikanischer Herkunft zu fördern. Aus dieser Perspektive wird Sandra rund um das Tabuleiro erzählen und kochen.

Re-examining archives. Connecting narratives. (2.00 pm to 5.00 pm)
In the second part, images, texts and objects will be interwoven to create new stories. As part of a collective review, we will discuss the possibilities and explore how new traces can be left behind – in Berlin and beyond.
The workshop will be led by @suelencalonga, Lucio Telles, @fraukezabel and Laura Kemmer.
We are giving priority to participants from Afro-Brazilian communities, as well as those with prior knowledge of Afro-Brazilian collections, archives and histories in Berlin and elsewhere.

Griotage: All About the Tabuleiro (5.00–8.00 pm)
A workshop exploring the perspectives of Afro-Brazilian women in Berlin. As part of this communal cooking session, Sandra Bello will share her story.
Sandra’s work, inspired by the spirit of the Quilombolas, aims to break down stereotypes and promote the visibility of people of African descent. From this perspective, Sandra will share stories and cook around the theme of the Tabuleiro.
