In unseren nächsten offenen Netzwerk Treffen werfen wir einen Blick auf die Recherche Machtzentrum Berlin Mitte.
Die Recherche wurde Ende Februar bei der Konferenz von @nowarberlin vorgestellt.
In Berlin wird Krieg geplant und organisiert. Die Recherche „Machtzentrum Berlin-Mitte“ dokumentiert Standorte der Rüstungsindustrie, Lobbygruppen und Behörden in Berlin.
Bei unserem nächsten offenen Netzwerk Treffen werden die Ergebnisse der Recherche vorgestellt und gemeinsam diskutiert.
Berlin-Mitte ist schon seit Ende der 90er Jahren ein Hotspot der Militarisierung. Während die Rüstungsproduktion historisch in Süd- und Westdeutschland liegt, wird hier in Berlin der Krieg politisch entschieden und geplant. Hier werden die Weichen gestellt.
Während weltweit bombardiert wird – ob der Krieg in der Ukraine, der Völkermord in Palästina oder die Angriffe im Libanon und im Iran – gibt es noch zu wenig Widerstand gegen die Profiteure dieser Kriege.
Zeit das zu ändern!

At our next open network meeting, we will take a look at the research project ‘Power Centre Berlin Mitte’.
The research was presented at the end of February at the @nowarberlin conference.
War is planned and organised in Berlin. The research project “Power Centre Berlin-Mitte” documents the locations of the arms industry, lobby groups and authorities in Berlin.
At our next open network meeting, the findings of the research will be presented and discussed together.
Berlin-Mitte has been a hotspot for militarisation since the late 1990s. Whilst arms production has historically been concentrated in southern and western Germany, it is here in Berlin that war is politically decided and planned. This is where the course is set.
Whilst bombings take place worldwide – whether the war in Ukraine, the genocide in Palestine or the attacks in Lebanon and Iran – there is still too little resistance against those profiting from these wars.
Time to change that!
