Am Dienstag findet der Prozess gegen einen Studenten statt. Er wird wegen der Hörsaalbesetzung an der FU im Dezember 2023 des Hausfriedensbruch angeklagt.
Der Prozess ist diesmal besonders wichtig, da mit einer Verurteilung der Aufenthaltsstatus des Studenten gefährdet ist.
Also kommt zur Kundgebung vor Gericht und lasst uns gemeinsam Druck ausüben.
Wir wissen, dass unser Protest legitim war und dass Unis Raum dafür bieten sollten.
Schluss mit der Kriminalisierung von studentischen Protest!

The university is taking us to court, and we won’t let that go unanswered!
On Tuesday, the trial of a student will take place. He is charged with trespassing for occupying a lecture hall at the FU in December 2023.
This trial is particularly important because a conviction would jeopardise the student’s residence status.
So come to the rally outside the court and let’s put pressure on them together.
We know that our protest was legitimate and that universities should provide space for it.
Stop criminalising student protests!
