Nicht nur im „demokratischen“ Deutschland, sondern auch in den „freiheitlichen“ USA spüren Palästinenser und Palästina solidarische Menschen die „freiheitlichen“ „westlichen“ Werte am eigenen Leib.
So auch der Student Mahmoud khalil: Straftaten werden ihm überhaupt keine vorgeworfen.
Er ist ein unbescholtener Bürger, der an der School of International and Public Affairs studiert und mit seiner hochschwangeren Frau zusammen lebt.
Sein einziges Verbrechen ist es einer der Haupt-Organisatoren der Massenproteste an der Columbia Universität in New York gewesen zu sein.
In Deutschland sieht es nicht anders aus, und das müssen wir hier nicht erläutern.
Lasst uns zusammen stehen gegen Repressionen, Abschiebungen und Eingriffe in die Meinungsfreiheit!

Not only in “democratic” Germany, but also in the “liberal” USA, Palestinians and Palestinians in solidarity feel the “liberal” “Western” values first hand.
The student Mahmoud khalil is no exception: he is not accused of any crimes.
He is a blameless citizen who studies at the School of International and Public Affairs and lives with his heavily pregnant wife.
His only crime is to have been one of the main organizers of the mass protests at Columbia University in New York.
It’s no different in Germany, and we don’t need to explain that here.
Let’s stand together against repression, deportations and encroachments on freedom of expression!
