Ein Haus in dem Bewohner* innen seit Jahrzehnten wohnen. Die zwei Jahre Vorarbeit gemeinsam mit dem Bezirk haben sich insofern ausgezahlt, als dass die Mieter* innen ein Vorkaufsrecht sicher stellen konnten.
Nun hat der Bezirk seit langer Zeit ein Vorkaufsrecht in Kreuzberg ausgesprochen……
Allerdings hat die Entscheidung in der Verwaltung viel (zu viel) Zeit verschlungen. Und nun soll in kurzer Zeit eine Lösung gefunden werden.
Das ist viel verlangt von den 17 Bewohner*innen.
Seit 1883 gibt es das Haus in der Schönleinstraße und es steht hier wie ein Relikt aus längst vergangenen Kreuzberger Zeiten… doch es ist nicht im Dornröschenschlaf versunken!

Daher halten die Bewohner* innen diesen Samstag eine hoffentlich kraftvolle Kundgebung vordem Haus ab!
Gegen den Ausverkauf der Stadt.Für solidarische Nachbarschaften. Keine Profite mit Wohnraum und Miete.

A house where residents have lived for decades. The two years of preparatory work together with the district have paid off in that the tenants were able to secure a right of first refusal.
The district has now had a right of first refusal in Kreuzberg for a long time……
However, the administrative decision took a lot of (too much) time. And now a solution has to be found in a short space of time.
That’s a lot to ask of the 17 residents.
The house on Schönleinstraße has been there since 1883 and stands here like a relic from times long past in Kreuzberg… but it hasn’t sunk into a deep sleep!

That’s why the residents are holding a hopefully powerful rally in front of the building this Saturday!
Against the sell-out of the city, for neighborhoods based on solidarity. No profits with housing and rent.
