Ja, die sind nur zu zweit. Ja, das erinnert dich an die 90er. Und ja, die Musik, die die spielen, geht unter die Haut.
Wrackspurts kommen aus Leipzig und machen Punk, Sadcore, Grunge mit viel Idealismus. Immer zerbrechlich, aber gleichzeitig auch immer mutig, antifaschistisch und gegen den Trott – in der Welt und im Kopf.
OPTION WEG
Wir machen Musik zwischen den Zeilen und zwar mit Bass, Schlagzeug, Gitarre, Geige, Quetsche, unseren Stimmen und Gedanken. Das klingt hin und wieder tief und wetterfest, oft aber auch nach Punkrock, Waldameise und Tanzbein. Der Soundtrack für einen Tag der noch kommt.
Wir selbst kommen aus Berlin und außerdem aus allen Bereichen der linken Subkultur.
Ohne Spaß geht gar nichts – ohne Hirn auch nicht.

Yes, there are only two of them. Yes, it reminds you of the 90s. And yes, the music they play gets under your skin.
Wrackspurts are from Leipzig and play punk, sadcore and grunge with plenty of idealism. Always fragile, yet at the same time always courageous, anti-fascist and against the status quo – in the world and in our minds.
OPTION WEG
We make music between the lines, using bass, drums, guitar, violin, accordion, our voices and our thoughts. It sounds deep and weatherproof at times, but often also like punk rock, forest ants and a desire to dance. The soundtrack for a day yet to come.
We’re from Berlin and come from all corners of the left-wing subculture.
Nothing works without fun – and nothing works without brains either.
