Der JHA (Jugendhilfeausschuss) stimmt am Dienstag darüber ab, ob die fristlose Kündigung der zwei Einrichtungen Phantalisa und Alia von Frieda e.V. zurückgenommen werden.
Wir rufen als Solidarity Network Frieda erneut zum Protest auf!
Diesmal vor und während der offiziellen Sitzung des JHA in der Yorckstraße 4-11.
Wir sind extrem erschüttert über neue Hintergrundinformationen in Bezug auf Frieda e.V., die nun in einem nd-Artikel veröffentlicht wurden (s. link).
Demnach gab es über mehrere Jahre rassistische Übergriffe eines Nachbarn auf die Besucherinnen* und Mitarbeiterinnen* von Phantalisa (welcher der Polizei bereits als Nazi bekannt war und außerdem im Besitz von Waffen war). Selbst nach mehreren gestellten Anzeigen gegen den Nachbarn, gab es von Seiten der Behörden kein Einschreiten.
Nachdem Frieda e.V. ihre Forderung eines Näherungs- und Kontakverbotes für den Nachbarn durchsetzen konnte, wurde schon das erste Mal versucht, die Einrichtung zu schließen, wegen der „Schwierigen Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verein“. Dieser Versuch kam von einem Bezirksamt, das durch CDU-Jugendstadtrat Max Kindler (ex-Polizist mit dem selbst geäußerten Plan, zurück zur Polizei zu gehen) geleitet wird.
Unter diesen Voraussetzungen fällt es nicht schwer zu verstehen, wie es zu einer außerordentlichen Kündigung von Leistungsverträgen kam, die auf Informationen basiert, die zum einen durch die Überwachung der Menschen in ihrem Privatleben und ihrer privaten Social-Media-Konten gesammelt wurden und zum anderen nicht rechtfertigen Mädchen*zentren zu schließen.
IST DAS EIN BEZIRKSAMT ODER EIN LKA?
All das zeigt die heuchlerische Ausrichtung der Stadtpolitik und der Polizei.
Statt die Besucherinnen* vor einem Nazi zu schützen, werden ihnen ihre (Schutz) Räume genommen.
Und das Bezirksamt will sich weder mit Rassismus noch mit Polizeikritik beschäftigen, aber doch sehr gerne mit der Repression feministischer Stimmen und der Palästina-Solidarität, die komplett getrennt vom Kontext des Vereins und der Sozialen Arbeit geäußert wird.
ALLE IN DIESEM FALL VERWICKELTEN INSTITUTIONEN SOLLEN SICH SCHÄMEN!
Wir sagen ganz klar: DAS IST NICHT DIE STADT, IN DER WIR LEBEN WOLLEN. DAS IST NICHT UNSERE POLITIK!

The JHA (Youth Welfare Committee) will vote on Tuesday on whether Frieda e.V.‘s immediate termination of the two facilities Phantalisa and Alia should be withdrawn.
As Solidarity Network Frieda, we are calling for another protest!
This time before and during the official meeting of the JHA at Yorkstrasse 4-11.
We are extremely shocked by new background information regarding Frieda e.V., which has now been published in an nd-article (see link in story and Bio) According to this, there were racist attacks on visitors and employees of Phantalisa by a neighbor over several years. This neighbor was already known to the police as a Nazi and was also in possession of weapons. Even after several reports were filed against the neighbor, the authorities did not intervene.
After Frieda e.V. was able to enforce its demand for a restraining order for the neighbor, a first attempt was made to close the facility because of the „difficult cooperation with the association.“ This attempt came from a district office headed by CDU youth councelor Max Kindler (ex-police officer with the self-expressed plan to return to the police). Under those circumstances it is not difficult to understand how an extraordinary termination of service contracts came about, which is on one hand based on information that was collected through the surveillance of people’s private lives and on the other hand does not justify closing girls‘ centers.
IS THIS A DISTRICT OFFICE OR A POLICE UNIT?
All of this shows the hypocritical orientation of city politics and the police. Instead of protecting the young women* from a Nazi, their (safe) spaces are taken away from them.
The district office does not want to deal with racism or criticism of the police, but is very happy to uphold the repression of feminist voices and Palestine solidarity, which is expressed completely separately from the context of the association and of social work.
SHAME ON ALL INSTITUTIONS INVOLVED IN THIS CASE!
We say very clearly:
THIS IS NOT THE CITY WE WANT TO LIVE IN!
THESE ARE NOT OUR POLITICS!
Come out on the street on Tuesday, in front of the JHA meeting to make it clear:
OUR SAFE SPACES HAVE TO STAY!
INSTITUTIONAL RACISM AND POLICE STATE HAVE TO GO!
STOP UNLAWFUL PERSECUTION!
