Neues Jahr, neue Vorsätze – wir kennen das Spiel. Mehr Sport, weniger Scrollen, irgendwas mit Selbstoptimierung- Aber ganz ehrlich, wir brauchen keine besseren Morgenroutinen, wir brauchen ein besseres System!
Für uns bedeutet das: Im neuen Jahr Haltung zeigen und nicht weggucken, auch wenns unbequem und anstrengend wird.
Politik ist kein elitäres Hobby, sie bleibt nicht in Abgeordnetenhäusern und wird mit einem Titel vergeben. Sie passiert da, wo wir Ungerechtigkeiten nicht mehr schlucken, wo wir hinterfragen und für die Stimmen laut werden, die immer überhört werden.
Ein guter Vorsatz wäre also: Nicht abstumpfen und nicht hinnehmen, was ist. Sondern gemeinsam Druck machen und sich Räume nehmen, die sonst andere füllen.
Rechtsextreme Gruppen machen sich nicht nur im Bundestag, sondern auch in unseren Kiezen breit, das können wir nicht ignorieren!
Genau deswegen laden wir euch ein: Komm zum Neujahrstresen und lerne verschiedene Gruppen aus Ostberlin kennen.
Bringe deine Ideen, Wut und Fragen mit! Tausche dich aus, vernetze und organisiere dich!
Lass uns zusammen ein Jahr schaffen, in welchem Solidarität Praxis wird, mit weniger Resignation und mehr Widerstand!

New year, new resolutions – we know the drill. More exercise, less scrolling, something to do with self-improvement… But honestly, we don’t need better morning routines, we need a better system!
For us, that means taking a stand in the new year and not looking away, even if it gets uncomfortable and exhausting.
Politics is not an elitist hobby, it doesn’t stay in parliament and it’s not awarded with a title. It happens where we no longer swallow injustices, where we question and speak up for the voices that are always ignored.
So a good resolution would be: don’t become numb and don’t accept the status quo. Instead, let’s put pressure on together and take up space that others would otherwise fill.
Right-wing extremist groups are spreading not only in the Bundestag, but also in our neighbourhoods, and we cannot ignore that!
