Hotelbau, Bürogebäude, Luxuswohnungen, A100 – im Lasker- und Rudolfkiez reißt der Wegner-Senat immer mehr Bauvorhaben an sich. Und wer profitiert? Die Investoren-Freunde der CDU und SPD.
Doch wer die Stadt für Prestige und Profit entwickelt, setzt sich über unsere Bedürfnisse als Bewohner*innen Berlins hinweg.
Die Miet- und Lebenshaltungskosten steigen immer weiter, dadurch werden notwendige soziale und kulturelle Räume verdrängt.
Nicht nur unsere Nachbarschaft ist überfüllt mit unnötigen Luxusbüros und Hotels – das passiert überall in unserer Stadt.
Wir können uns diese städtebaulichen Fehlentwicklungen nicht mehr leisten und rufen zur Demonstration am 11. Oktober durch Friedrichshain auf!

Let’s take to the streets together on October 11! 💥
Hotel construction, office buildings, luxury apartments, A100 – in the Lasker and Rudolf neighborhoods, the Wegner Senate is taking on more and more construction projects. And who benefits? The investor friends of the CDU and SPD.
But those who develop the city for prestige and profit are ignoring our needs as residents of Berlin.
Rents and living costs continue to rise, displacing necessary social and cultural spaces.
It’s not just our neighborhood that is overcrowded with unnecessary luxury offices and hotels – this is happening all over our city.
We can no longer afford these urban planning mistakes and are calling for a demonstration on October 11 through Friedrichshain!
