Am 23.Juni findet vor dem Gericht die Hauptverhandlung gegen unseren Genossen statt.
Ihm wird „gefährliche Körperverletzung“ gegen einen Bullen vorgeworfen, angeblich mittels einer Antifa-Fahne, auf der „Until total liberation“ Demonstration zum Internationalen feministischen Kampftag“ am 8.März 2025.
Im Oktober 2025 wurde ohne vorherige Anhörung ein Strafbefehl über 7 Monate Freiheitsstrafe auf Bewährung erlassen.
Dagegen hat der Genosse Widerspruch eingelegt. Nun kommt es zur Verhandlung.
Wir alle haben die Bilder gesehen: Wie die Berliner Polizei auf Genoss*innen einprügelte, mit der Sicherheit, dass sie sich nicht verantworten müssen.
Es war schon ab Auftakt der Demonstration in Kreuzberg klar, dass die Bullen die Demonstration mit Tausenden Teilnehmer*innen nicht mit der angemeldete Route durch Neukölln laufen lassen wollen, weswegen sie schon frühzeitig gewaltätige Angriffe auf die Demo verübten und unter anderem unseren Genossen festnahmen.
In der Wiener Straße in Kreuzberg wurde dann die Demonstration von den Bullen mit Absperrung, brutalen Prügelorgien und weiteren Festnahmen vorzeitig beendet – wogegen es massenhaften widerständigen Protest gab.

On 23 June, the main hearing against our comrade will take place in court.
He is accused of ‘grievous bodily harm’ against a police officer, allegedly using an Antifa flag, at the ‘Until Total Liberation’ demonstration on International Feminist Day on 8 March 2025.
In October 2025, a penalty order imposing a seven-month suspended prison sentence was issued without a prior hearing.
Our comrade has lodged an appeal against this. The trial is now due to take place.
We have all seen the images: how the Berlin police beat up our comrades, secure in the knowledge that they would not be held to account.
It was clear right from the start of the demonstration in Kreuzberg that the cops did not want the demonstration, with thousands of participants, to follow the registered route through Neukölln, which is why they launched violent attacks on the demonstration at an early stage and, amongst other things, arrested our comrades.
On Wiener Straße in Kreuzberg, the demonstration was then brought to a premature end by the police using barricades, brutal beatings and further arrests – which met with massive resistance and protest.
